By downloading, installing, or using NoTap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

NoTap is a focus timer application that automatically tracks your screen-free time. The App is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

User Accounts

You may use the App as a guest or optionally sign in with Apple. No account is required to use core features. Guest usage requires no personal information.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

NoTap offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not process payments directly.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding in NoTap are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

User Data & Privacy

NoTap does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All data remains on your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
