Overview

NoTap is a focus timer app developed by an individual developer based in West Bengal, India. Your privacy is important, and this policy explains how NoTap handles your information — in short, we don't collect any.

Data Collection

NoTap does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All focus session data, statistics, badges, and preferences are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and are never sent to any server.

No Analytics or Tracking

NoTap does not use any analytics services, tracking SDKs, or third-party data collection tools. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any other activity within the app.

No Advertisements

NoTap does not display any advertisements. We do not integrate with any ad networks or advertising platforms.

Sign in with Apple

NoTap offers optional Sign in with Apple for account creation. When you use this feature, Apple provides us with a unique, anonymous identifier. We do not receive or store your real name, email address, or any other personal information. You may also use the app as a guest without signing in.

In-App Purchases

NoTap offers optional premium features via in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to manage subscription status.

Notifications

NoTap may send local notifications for focus reminders and motivational quotes if you enable them. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers.

Widgets

NoTap provides home screen and lock screen widgets that display your focus statistics. Widget data is shared between the app and the widget extension using a local App Group container on your device. No data leaves your device.

Children's Privacy

NoTap does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect data at all, this app is safe for users of all ages.
